Privacy Policy

Information you share

We receive the details you provide when you create an account, save an address, contact us, join our email list, or place an order. These may include your name, email address, delivery details, preferences, and order information.

How information is used

We use these details to operate your account, process and fulfill orders, respond to messages, and provide the services you request. Marketing signup is optional; creating an account does not automatically subscribe you.

Checkout and service providers

Payments are handled through Shopify's hosted checkout and the payment providers you select there. We do not collect full payment card numbers on this site. Hosting, account, email, and order services process information needed to provide their services.

Browser storage

This site uses browser storage to keep your bag, sign-in session, and email-popup preference. Clearing browser storage may remove these preferences or sign you out.

Your choices

You can update saved details in your account, unsubscribe using the link in emails, or contact support@santiamsoap.com with a request to access, correct, or delete your information. Some order records may need to be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
