Terms of Service

Using this site

Use this site lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Keep your account password private. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Products and pricing

Product availability can change. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Your final order, eligible discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are confirmed in Shopify checkout before payment. Photographs may differ slightly from individual products.

Orders and payments

Checkout is provided by Shopify and your selected payment provider. An order confirmation records your submitted order. Contact us promptly about mistakes or requested changes; changes depend on the order's fulfillment status.

Product information

Review each soap's ingredient list before use, especially if you have sensitivities or allergies. Product information and soap recommendations are not medical advice. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages for delivery information and how to contact us about an order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply under law.
